Reshape Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Reshape’s Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have any required permission from a parent/guardian.

2) Not Medical Advice

The Services provide fitness and wellness information for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new program, especially if you have a medical condition or concerns.

3) Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account and keeping credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed.

4) Subscriptions and Billing

If you purchase a subscription through Apple or Google, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable platform and subject to its terms. Manage your subscription in your App Store / Play Store settings.

5) User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Reshape a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your User Content only as necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services and to comply with law.

You represent you have the rights to upload your content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or reverse engineer the app except where prohibited by law.

7) AI Features

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it, particularly where it may affect health or safety.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed for security/legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account.

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reshape will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Reshape harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts located in Ajax, Ontario, Canada will have jurisdiction and venue over disputes, except where prohibited by law.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
